 +
 +Soleileïs, 9 Rue Doct Fanton, "We chose to try their flavors that won awards, so I had fig and olive oil ice cream. C. had cinnamon and pear. And, honestly, it was the absolute best ice cream either of us have ever had. And, that’s a big statement to make since we are huge ice cream fans, and if you remember back to our honeymoon three years ago, we had at least one gelato a day in Italy."

 +== Place to eat ==
 +
 +* **L'atelier Jean-Luc Rabanel**. He won the best chef for 2008 award in the Gault Millau guide. My wife and I ate there two weeks ago and had the meal of a lifetime. 13 courses of fun, delicious, stimulating cuisine made mostly with produce from the local "potager." And at 75 euros, it has one of the best price/quality ratios of any restaurant in France. Super service, and a minimalist, unpretentious feel (no dressing up required!). The dinner is a much more rewarding experience than the lunch.
 +
 +* **[[http://www.bistro-acote.com/ | A Cot]é]**, rue de Carmes, on the other hand, was charming. The service was attentive, the food was good, the wine selection was good, and I felt like I received very good value for money. I would go back to A Coté without hesitation, but l'Atalier would not get me back even if it were free (and the second star to me is irrelevant given the format). (**Richard Liked this one**)

 +
 +*  **l'Escaladou** : Just south of the Roman Arena, next to l'Hauture and Le Criquet. Tasty house wine, yummy menu a l'Provence, good service, **long tables full of locals** (no english here) and lots of good french / provencale food. (e - not that keen)
 +
